The ISO Preferred Lumbar Back Brace VIII (BA208) is designed to accelerate recovery from injury or post-surgery discomfort. This wrap-around lumbar-sacral orthosis (LSO) offers sagittal and coronal control with a heat-moldable rigid posterior panel that extends from the sacrococcygeal junction to the T-9 vertebra. Rigid lateral support panels provide added stability and generate intracavitary pressure to offload the intervertebral discs. An adjustable string and roller system delivers tailored support to the lower back and core muscles while allowing for pendulous abdominal placement. Waist belts can be trimmed to fit sizes S to 2XL (up to 56” waist). Universal size. For 3XL to 5XL, the Large Kit for this item includes two (2) 9” belt extensions (ISOBA202 Lumbar Belt Extension: Universal) and fits up to 74” waist.
